She's now an authorized judge for the whole FCI Group 10 (Sighthounds).

We had a nice day... at our last show of the year.
"Swanie" won her 2nd BOB, "Fabio" got BOS. "Tuuli" Zoomin' Fairy del Gran Pamir made her show debut - an exciting one! She loved to show herself off and got Best Junior of Breed. judge's comment: "If she'd been in the Youth class, she could have won BOB" ;-)
In the finals our Breeder's Group went BIS-3! And "Swanie", handled by Emanuela, took a Group 3 over a very nice line-up of dogs! Thanks to Group judge Mrs Kavcic. |

First All-breeds Show for Venus! And only her second one... 6 months & 1 day old!

We're just glad she enjoyed flying in the ring like a "professional showdog"... She looked stunning all day and she felt she had to, just because she knows she is!
And this was only her second outing, we look forward to more!

Savona National All Breeds Show
Our first show in almost 3 months... and again under a hot sun!
-- "SWANIE" wins CAC & BOS under French Sighthound breeder Mr J-L Grunheid --
Unfortunately we didn't show Liliath ;-)
She's now starting her official career in Open class, 19 months old.
"FABIO" wins another RCAC.
Both had a special fan, "Venus" who unfortunately wasn't entered because still 5 months old... But she really enjoyed the day, especially on the beach and in the sea...

It's been 19 months since Freddie's two litters were born. Needless to say we're very proud of all his young children, who are winning lots! After such a short period of time Freddie has Puppy, Junior & Youth Class winners, CAC, BOB, BOS, GROUP WINNERS at INT/NAT Allbreeds & Specialty Shows level to his credit!!!
Special Congratulations to all owners who believe in their dogs' qualities! ;-)

Mr Thorn's critique about "Master": "Typical head shape, very good lenght of skull and foreface. Strong jaws. Dark slanting eyes with good expression. Correct ears, very good feathers. Strong, straight front, very good bone and large feet. Long neck, good shoulder angulation, deep chest, good ribs, short back, strong loins. Wide hips, good rear angulation, correct croup. Nice spring in action with good head and tail carriage, fairly precise." ~ Exc CAC

After missing 6 shows (because of judging assignments or bad weather) here we go again...
There was again a change of judge!
... And we realized that showing dogs is surely the best way to get sunburnt without taking notice of it!!
Under a HOT sun, "Liliath" goes CAC CACIB & BOS!
Under judge Mr Levante (H). She is now at halfway to her Int Ch title ;-)
She pushed hard to win BOB but this hot weather didn't allow her to do so...

Last Minute News: "Swanie" gets another RCAC and goes again 2nd Best Bitch under Australian judge Mrs Carmen Kingston, beaten only by the BIS winner...
Also the Borzoi Burjans Silver Ghost (ggson of Multi BIS Multi Ch Barishnikov del Gran Pamir, conditioned/groomed by us) won his first CAC & BOB at his first show in Open class, congratulations to proud owners!!

National All Breeds Show ~ France
"Sengah" was shown for the second time in Open class (16 months old) and she couldn't do bad... in fact she got her first CAC! She pushed hard to win BOB but she left it to her housemate and got BOS. Way to go girly!!

National All Breeds Show in Alessandria
We entered "Fabio" to the show because he had spent too much time resting at home so we thought that at least him, today, had to work! Well, he wasn't the only one though...! He took Res CAC and was then 2nd Best Male. We're proud of this boy who looked stunning all day!
"Swanie" was shown for the first time in Open Class and, at the age of 15 months, she got ResCAC and was BB-2. Huge Congrats to her thrilled owners!! Last weekend she experienced coursing as well (but was too young to compete) and boy, she has energy! We couldn't doubt about that... Watch out for this amazing, powerful, wild girl both on the field and in the ring!

Reggio Emilia International Show
"Liliath", the only one we entered, gets her last All Breed CAC (at her 2nd Int Show) under well known and respected judge Pamela Stern Cross from UK!!
Out of 7 shows she was awarded 4 All Breed CACs, almost undefeated in the Open class...
*She will be shown at selected Afghan Hound Specialties*

*At the International Show in Santarem (P) on 24 March breed judge Mr Pedro Rufino said about Freddie's daughter (even though she wasn't entered but was just a visitor) "Sengah": "... what a fantastic young Afghan Hound bitch..." ;-)
